Job summary

TTL in Georgia seeks an ICC-certified Special Inspector to conduct on-site inspections (reinforced concrete, masonry, floor flatness) on two West Georgia projects for ~2 years, with potential reassignment afterward. Requires clean driving record and ability to work outdoors with varying conditions.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector certification
• Minimum 2 years of reinforced concrete inspection experience
• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector certification OR ability to acquire within 8 weeks of start date
• Certified F-number Technician (Floor Flatness/Floor Levelness) certification OR ability to acquire within 6 months of start date
• Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Possess sufficient stamina to work in outdoor (hot & cold) environment

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site observations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Prepare written daily reports to document findings
• Follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, and maintains cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc
