Job summary

TTL, Inc. is seeking a full-time Construction Materials Special Inspector to support projects in the West Georgia area.

The ideal candidate holds ICC Reinforced Concrete and Masonry inspection credentials, with 2+ years in reinforced concrete inspection and the ability to obtain additional certifications quickly. You will perform on-site inspections, document findings with daily reports, and collaborate with project teams.

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector certification.
• Minimum 2 years of reinforced concrete inspection experience.
• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector certification OR ability to acquire within 8 weeks of start date.
• Certified F-number Technician (Floor Flatness/Floor Levelness) certification OR ability to acquire within 6 months of start date.
• Ability to communicate professionally orally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Construction Materials Special Inspector —West Georgia

Starting wage $28/hr depending on experience

TTL is seeking an ICC-certified special inspector to work on projects in the west Georgia area. Primary duties include performing special inspections including reinforced concrete, masonry, floor flatness, etc. The position is a full-time, permanent position that is expected to work on two projects in the West Georgia area for approximately 2 years, after which TTL may reassign to a different location. A successful candidate needs to have demonstrated ability to successfully complete tasks without local supervision. Employment is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining authorization for work on restricted access sites.
