Job summary

TTL, an engineering design firm, seeks an ICC-certified special inspector to support projects across the West Georgia area. The role is full-time and involves on-site inspections of reinforced concrete, masonry, and floor flatness tasks, with two projects over ~2 years.

Responsibilities include daily written reports, adherence to project specs, and professional communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate holds ICC certifications and has minimum two years' inspection

Qualifications

• ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of reinforced concrete inspection experience.
• ICC Structural Masonry Special Inspector certification or ability to acquire within 8 weeks.
• F-number Technician certification or ability within 6 months.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Stamina to work outdoors in hot or cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site observations and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Prepare written daily reports documenting findings
• Follow procedures, perform computations, maintain cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors
