Qualifications

• ICC certifications in reinforced concrete, soils, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing; all five preferred.
• ACI certification.
• 3 years’ experience performing special inspections and testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Stamina to work outdoors in hot or cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site observations and inspections to ensure code compliance.
• Collect samples per project requirements and ASTM standards.
• Perform QA/QC testing on construction materials and building components.
• Maintain cordial relationships with coworkers, clients, contractors, etc.
