Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Enterprise ICAM Architect to lead ICAM strategy, implementation, and governance for VA programs, including SSO, IGA, and PAM. You will drive security architecture, regulatory alignment, and vendor decisions while coordinating across government stakeholders and convergence with DoW federation efforts.

The role requires experience with Zero Trust, cloud security, and identity management at scale, plus the ability to obtain Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and directing enterprise-scale ICAM strategy, implementation, and governance.
• Experience leading integration of SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services as an enterprise SME.
• Experience with security architecture, RBAC or Access Certification implementation, and identity or role lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Federal ICAM mandates such as OMB M-19-17, NIST 800-63, EO 14028, and OMB M-22-09.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CISSP Certification, or Cyber/Identity Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, ICAgile Certified Professional, or CyberArk Certified Certification.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct the enterprise ICAM target-state architecture across SSO and IGA solutions.
• Own security architecture engineering, strategy, and regulatory compliance across the VA ICAM portfolio.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical validation, and vendor evaluations.
• Lead multiple Kanban Agile support teams in a large SAFe program.
• Co-lead quarterly increment planning and partner with senior government stakeholders.
