Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Enterprise ICAM Architect to lead the design, strategy, and governance of ICAM systems for a Department of Veterans Affairs portfolio, including SSO, IGA, PAM, and directory services. You will interface with stakeholders and engineering teams to define target-state architecture and ensure Zero Trust alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and directing enterprise-scale ICAM strategy, implementation, and governance.
• Experience leading integration of SSO, MFA, PAM, and directory services as an enterprise SME.
• Knowledge of Federal ICAM mandates and security standards (e.g., NIST/OMB).

Responsibilities

• Design and direct the enterprise ICAM target-state architecture across SSO, IGA, PAM, and directory services.
• Lead architecture reviews, vendor evaluations, and technical validation for ICAM programs.
• Co-lead quarterly increment planning and manage multiple SAFe teams.
• Partner with senior government stakeholders on ICAM architecture discussions.
• Support external federation architecture efforts and DoW collaboration.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and automate repeatable tasks.
