Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Engineering Tech Lead to drive the design and delivery of IdAM/ICAM services within a large unclassified program. The role includes leading a cross‑functional team of developers, engineers, and testers, translating requirements into sprint backlogs, and guiding technical direction to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
• Master's degree and 15+ years of experience; degree may be substituted with experience.
• Experience with IdAM/ICAM services and A&A process for system approval.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Systems engineering experience including requirements and interface analysis for enterprise scale development.
• Experience producing interface control documents.
• Strong communication with stakeholders; translating requirements into agile backlog.
• Experience with Agile project management and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to the team’s System Engineers and Developers.
• Ensure the technical baseline meets delivery requirements, schedule, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Solution Architect to define future ICAM vision.
• Provide status updates to PMO and government staff.
• Assist in completing monthly PMR charts and supports internal processes.
• Represent the team at meetings and requirements sessions.
• Define requirements and break down work into actionable tasks for the team.
• Provide technical diagrams, charts, and documentation for systems.
• Ensure designs align with architecture and security requirements.
• Work with security engineer to address findings from system scans.
• Speak to engineering design with internal and external audiences.
• Prioritize work with government staff lead.
• Research new technologies to modernize the ICAM footprint.
• Guide technical staff in implementing services and tools.
• Align team direction with PM and evaluate assumptions.
