Job summary

Leidos in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a large ICAM/IdAM contract within the SIGINT Solutions Division. You will drive execution, resource allocation, and performance across a multi‑vendor environment, aligning with the customer's backlog and roadmap.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, a minimum Bachelor’s degree, 15+ years of program management experience on similarly scoped contracts, and certifications such as PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university.
• Experience: 15+ years as a program or project manager on contracts of similar scope and complexity; multi-task and multi-vendor leadership experience.
• Certification(s): PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, and/or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• Knowledge: FAR/DFARS, DoD 5000-series, ICD 801; understanding of agile software development, ICAM/IdAM, and Zero Trust.
• Program Management: Experience in requirements analysis, resource allocation, cost tracking, deliverables, schedules, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contract activities impacting government requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources, staffing, facilities, budgets, recruitment, and training.
• Review Integrated Program Baseline and financial reports.
• Review and approve ETC, CDR, and other reports.
• Monitor risk and mitigation activities; report to COR.
• Prepare program status reviews for Government PM.
• Communicate issues and solutions to Government PM.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; coordinate with contracts staff.
• Oversee Earned Value Management, ETC, funds and labor reporting.
