Job summary

Ladders is seeking an ICAM Project Manager - Enterprise Identity Services to guide cross-functional delivery of identity and access management initiatives. The role owns planning, execution, schedules, and risk management for enterprise identity projects that support secure data flows and identity operations.

The ideal candidate partners with stakeholders across technical teams to drive requirements, integration readiness, and timely project updates in a high-security environment, including

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical, cybersecurity, or identity-related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of Radiant Logic/RadiantOne FID and identity data management.
• Experience with identity lifecycle processes and entitlement modeling.
• Ability to manage complex identity integrations across multiple systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution for master entitlement record initiatives
• Coordinate engineering teams for identity workflows and synchronization logic
• Develop and maintain project schedules and risk registers
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders
• Oversee onboarding of authoritative data sources through the identity data pipeline
• Support implementation of identity capabilities in low-bandwidth environments
• Provide leadership updates on project progress and risks
