Job summary

CACI is seeking an Identity & Access Management Support Engineer (ICAM) to join our team in Hanover, MD. You will support enterprise ICAM capabilities, guide integration efforts, and help customers succeed with critical ICAM services.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• 7+ years of Systems Engineering experience on complex programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher if applicable.
• Total SE experience can substitute for a degree (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services.
• Assist end users in resolving authorization issues and grant/deny access.
• Manage and track support tickets using JIRA.
• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Analyze and communicate complex software systems clearly.
