Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an ICAM Systems/Software Engineer to join our team in Hanover, MD. The role supports enterprise-wide ICAM capabilities, involving program management, software integration, system engineering, testing, and customer-facing activities.

You will guide development teams, troubleshoot REST services, assist end users, and manage tickets in JIRA while delivering high-quality ICAM services to customers.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 7+ years of Systems Engineering (SE) experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Guide development teams as they integrate and troubleshoot REST services.
• Assist end users in resolving authorization issues, ensuring access is properly granted or denied.
• Manage and track support tickets using JIRA.
• Provide customer support through email, chat, and phone.
• Approach challenges with an analytical and curious mindset.
