Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an ICAM Requirements and Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of identity governance processes in Washington, DC. The role focuses on Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycles, access governance, and user training across enterprise IT.

On-site work five days a week with top-secret clearance required. Responsibilities include creating SOPs, training materials, and conducting UAT to ensure readiness of the Okta Identity Governance solution.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of overall work experience.
• Experience in IT modernization, ICAM/identity operations, or process engineering.
• Experience supporting requirements development, workflow documentation, and training for enterprise IT or identity solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle processes, including JML activities, access governance, and role-based workflows.
• Experience facilitating UAT, documenting test results, and supporting solution validation.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation, SOPs, and training content.
• Active and MAINTAINED Top Secret Federal or DoD security clearance.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements development for an enterprise IGA solution using Okta Identity Governance (OIG), with a focus on identity lifecycle and governance processes.
• Document Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle requirements, governance workflows, role models, and related process updates.
• Build and deliver user training materials for access requests, user access attestation/certification cycles/campaigns, identity provisioning workflows, and end-user adoption.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) for workflow automation, approvals, and connector behavior, and help validate solution readiness.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), quick-reference guides, job aids, and user communications to support change management and adoption readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of the solution.
