Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking a Program Manager to support a Potential Government Client and the ICAM program operations. You will provide program leadership, oversight, and coordination for nationwide credentialing support activities, serving as the primary interface between Government, COR, and contractor personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years can substitute for education.
• PMP certification is required.
• Ten+ years of program management experience preferred on large-scale or federal programs.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations.
• Familiarity with HSPD-12, PIV, FIPS 201, PKI, and FICAM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance and program execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex IT projects.
• Prepare schedules, costs, deliverables, risks, and mitigations for Government leadership.
• Provide PM support for ICAM and HSPD-12 operations.
• Attend ICAM, BPA, and program meetings as required.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action trackers; monitor work assignments.
• Support workforce management and staffing coordination.
• Coordinate with COR and Government stakeholders; track action items.
• Monitor travel budgets and prepare expenditure reporting; provide status reports.
• Maintain Quality Control Plan activities and updates; support knowledge transfer.
