Job summary

Legrand is seeking an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager to lead the cross-functional demand and supply planning for the Data Center Power & Control team in Arvada, CO. You will drive consensus plans, align with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain, and ensure optimization of service, inventory, and working capital.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Integrated Business Planning or related field in a make-to-order/manufacturing environment.
Experience leading S&OP/IBP processes in a project-driven manufacturing environment.
APICS CPIM/CSCP or pursuing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP process and governance across Kratos, ensuring alignment of commercial, operations, and financial plans.
Develop and own a consensus demand/supply plan by integrating forecast, backlog, funding approvals, and deployment schedules.
Partner with Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to enable data-driven decision-making and risk management.
Monitor forecast accuracy, supply constraints, and inventory/working capital, driving continuous improvement.
Translate complex inputs into executable plans and support scenario analysis to evaluate trade-offs.
