Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a Business Systems Lead focused on Demand Planning in Westminster, CO. You will bridge business needs with technology, delivering IBP-enabled demand planning solutions, and coordinating across the system lifecycle with SAP IBP. Hybrid work mix with on-site collaboration three days weekly.

The role requires 5+ years in IT delivery with demand planning expertise, SAP IBP hands-on, and experience with S&OP and data governance. Travel to Colorado campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology delivery and system enhancements across projects using Agile or Stage Gate governance.
• Gather and document technical requirements, translating business needs into IBP design and configurations.
• Lead IBP activities across the lifecycle: design, SIT/UAT, environments, defect resolution, and change implementation.
• Translate demand planning processes (forecasting, sensing, disaggregation, consensus) for IBP design and config.
• Provide end-user training and adoption support; ensure production support and issue resolution.
• Assist with software/hardware selection and vendor management, including AMS support.
