Job summary

Golding in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead end-to-end planning, aligning demand, supply, and production into a single consensus plan for 12-week and 12-month horizons.

You will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Finance, own the IBP cycle, improve service levels, optimize inventory, and drive data-driven scenarios with analytics, automation, and AI-enabled planning tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Experience leading S&OP or IBP processes.
• Strong analytics with ERP, Excel, and BI tools.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and translate plans into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the monthly IBP cycle, including product, demand, and supply reviews.
• Lead weekly short-term planning and monthly IBP for horizons, keeping plans aligned.
• Identify gaps and opportunities; use analytics to propose trade-offs to leadership.
• Establish IBP calendar, governance, and meeting standards.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Finance/Operations/Procurement to ensure plan ownership.
• Drive inventory strategies and balance service levels with working capital.
