Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Michigan licensure: LMSW - Clinical, LPC, LPCC, LLP, or equivalent.
• Experience with SUD, MAT, or co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Training in MI, CBT, SBIRT, or willingness to obtain training.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services embedded within the MAT workflow.
• Conduct SUD and mental health assessments, including SBIRT screening.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and brief CBT.
• Facilitate 8‑10 week SUD group treatment cycles.
• Support MAT engagement, adherence, and relapse‑prevention strategies.
• Reduce no‑show rates through engagements, reminders, and addressing treatment barriers.
• Provide crisis intervention, care coordination, and warm handoffs to internal and external partners.
• Participate in referral-tracking, follow‑up, and quality improvement activities.
