Job summary

A community health organization in Big Rapids, MI, is looking for an Integrated Behavioral Health & Substance Use Disorder Therapist. In this full-time role, you'll provide mental health and substance use disorder services in a primary care and Medication-Assisted Treatment environment. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with medical providers. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, active Michigan licensure, and experience in SUD and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field required.
• Active Michigan licensure: LMSW - Clinical, LPC, LPCC, LLP, or equivalent.
• Experience working with SUD, MAT, or co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated behavioral health services within the MAT workflow.
• Conduct SUD and mental health assessments, including SBIRT screening.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions such as Motivational Interviewing (MI) and brief CBT.
