Qualifications

• Fully licensed mental health professional in Michigan with minimum two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Develops annual comprehensive psychosocial assessment.
• Provides crisis intervention consultation to the team.
• Completes electronic charting in EMR.
