Job summary

AACI's Integrated Behavioral Health program in Santa Clara County is seeking a California-licensed Clinical Supervisor/Counselor who enjoys developing clinicians while maintaining direct patient care. The role offers a full-time schedule, with a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary.

You will supervise associate-level counselors, maintain a direct-service caseload, and collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current California license (LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist).
• Experience providing clinical supervision.
• At least two years of direct patient care experience.
• Ability to balance clinical leadership with direct service.
• Collaborates with medical providers and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level counselors.

Job description

Salary: $90,000–$102,000 annually

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

AACI's Integrated Behavioral Health program brings behavioral health services directly into the primary care setting, making it easier for patients to receive coordinated, whole-person care. Our team provides brief, solution-focused therapy, consultation, and care coordination while working closely with medical providers.

We are seeking a California-licensed Clinical Supervisor/Counselor who enjoys developing clinicians while remaining connected to direct patient care.

What You'll Do

In This Role, You Will

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to associate-level counselors
• Maintain a direct-service caseload providing brief behavioral health interventions
• Support the professional development and clinical growth of supervisees
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members
• Provide consultation and support around behavioral health needs within an integrated care setting
• Help promote high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services
