Qualifications

• BS with 5 years' experience; 6 years' experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• IAT Level II certification within 180 days of hire (Security+ CE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintaining IBCS systems at all identified locations.
• Represent the IBCS program as the primary point of contact.
• Integrate and maintain systems running Red Hat Enterprise Linux and COTS/GOTS products with IBCS.
• Assist in emplacement and initialization of the IBCS system.
• Advise customers on capabilities and limitations of the IBCS system.
• Troubleshoot IBCS hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide feedback to program leadership regarding system performance.
• Perform operator and maintainer tasks on equipment, subsystems, and software.
• Conduct training.
• Support Program Help Desk.
• Conduct scheduled equipment inventories.
