Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer based in Sierra Vista, AZ to support ISR-related programs on-site. The role serves as the technical bridge between engineering and operators while reporting to the Field Service Engineering Manager.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in on-site field engineering for complex mission systems, strong test-instrument skills, and a current SECRET clearance. Travel up to 25% is required for program support.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in a technical on-site role as a Field Engineer for RPA or Special Mission Aircraft.
Experience with ISR systems sustainment across avionics, comms, payloads, or related subsystems.
Experience with initial integration and configuration of mission system hardware/software subsystems.
Proficient with test equipment and troubleshooting tools (Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, Oscilloscope, Multimeter).
Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive constraints.
