Qualifications

• Current IBCLC certification and adherence to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
• Completion of General Orientation, CPR Certification, and Unit Based Orientation with relevant patient-age competencies.
• Demonstrates effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately in a changing environment.
