Riley Hospital for Children is seeking an experienced RN Lactation Consultant II (IBCLC) for the Riley Maternity Tower Postpartum Unit. This PRN role provides flexible coverage to support mothers, infants, and families with expert breastfeeding care in a fast-paced, family-centered environment.

Qualifikationen

• RN license in Indiana (or NLC) active.
• IBCLC certification preferred or in progress.
• ASN required with BSN preferred.

• Provide lactation assessment, consultation, and support for mothers and infants in postpartum and related settings.
• Develop individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Educate families and staff on lactation management and infant feeding.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to improve neonatal outcomes.
• Create and maintain lactation resources for diverse audiences.
• Participate in quality improvement and program development activities.
