Job summary

You will contribute to client-facing transaction origination, research, and financial analysis across deals. The role covers full transaction lifecycle from sourcing to presentation, with emphasis on rigorous modeling, due diligence, and memos for review.

Qualifications

• Investment Banking origination experience at senior/associate level.
• Deep understanding of fundamentals, accounting and corporate finance concepts.
• Ability to deliver clear advisory services.
• Hands-on, detail oriented with strong quantitative skills.
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
• Series 7, 63, 79 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Originating corporate finance and advisory transactions.
• Research companies and industries; cover the specified universe.
• Perform financial analysis, due diligence, interviews, modeling, etc.
• Prepare and produce commitment committee memos and present transactions.
• Produce relative valuation comparisons to support investment recommendations.
• Attend industry conferences and develop a professional network within your sectors.
• Set up and host deal and non-deal roadshows, conference calls and HQ visits for clients.
