• AI fluency (e.g., Claude CoWork) and willingness to learn new tech.
• Passion for life science transactions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Firm’s engagements and newcos, including sell-side transactions and Banyan Bio opportunities.
• Identify target partners, coordinate outreach, prepare client updates and board materials, and develop deal marketing materials.
• Support valuation analysis, comparable transactions, and deal modeling for negotiations.
