Qualifications

• 1+ years of investment banking experience in life sciences-related transactions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with knowledge of financial accounting.
• BS or BA in finance or a similar field with an exemplary academic record.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• High motivation, energy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, meritocratic, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client transactions, projects, and assignments.
• Interact with clients, internal banking teams, and product teams.
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials (e.g., CIM, Management Presentations).
• Conduct valuation analyses and financial modeling of clients and targets.
• Review business plans, conduct research, and analyze financial statements.
• Manage due diligence processes, including virtual data room preparation and counterparty Q&A.
