Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or Education from a U.S. university.
• Demonstrated content knowledge in both mathematics and science.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong command of English, orally and in writing.
• Experience teaching middle school; independent or Islamic school experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-plan and co-teach middle school mathematics with the lead Mathematics Teacher.
• Support small-group instruction, targeted interventions, and enrichment opportunities.
• Contribute to MYP Mathematics unit planners using key concepts and inquiries.
• Assess student learning using MYP Mathematics criteria.
• Contribute to planning for eventual MYP Sciences instruction.
