Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous teaching experience preferred.
• New York State teaching license/certification in process or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver culturally responsive, engaging lessons for diverse learners.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and instructional leaders to support student growth.
• Track progress and implement interventions to help students achieve learning goals.
• Serve as a case manager for a small group of students and maintain IEPs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-expectation classroom environment.
• Engage families and caregivers through regular communication and meetings.
