Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks qualified candidates for a long-term career in Investment Banking. Our team blends deep industry knowledge with a hands-on, client-focused approach, delivering rigorous analysis and execution across complex transactions.

You will support senior bankers, build dynamic 3-statement models and valuation analyses, draft marketing materials and memoranda, identify buyers and partners, conduct industry research, coordinate discussions, and mentor analysts to ensure client

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers with day-to-day transaction due diligence and execution
• Develop fully dynamic 3-statement financial models and other complex models as well as valuation analyses
• Draft and participate in the presentation of marketing materials, pitch books, confidential offering memoranda and management presentations
• Develop target marketing lists for potential buyers, investors, and strategic partners
• Conduct in-depth industry research needed to support and generate opportunities
• Coordinate internal discussions and schedule transaction discussion meetings
• Mentor and train analysts
