Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Flow Controller for a fast-paced operation in New Jersey. You will work closely with customers and on-site management to manage shipping, receiving, billing, and invoicing, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to GMPs and safety rules, with a starting pay rate of $21.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Shift: 1st Wed-Sat 7:00am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• 3 months verifiable customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service assistance to customers and manages incoming calls.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Set daily delivery appointments.
• Process incoming deliveries.
• Process completed loads.
• Resolve any issues with shipping and/or receiving with internal staff.
• Files paperwork daily.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
