Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of investment banking experience with strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills, plus the ability to lead workstreams and mentor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of investment banking experience.
• Strong experience across sell side M&A transactions.

• Experience leading workstreams and managing junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute M&A, sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising transactions
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentation materials
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, buyers, investors, and advisors
• Play a meaningful role in client interactions and business development initiatives
• Mentor and oversee analysts while working closely with senior bankers throughout the deal lifecycle
