About the Role

Cook in the production kitchen creating pizzas for the front‑door store. Assemble pizzas using semi‑automated equipment such as a dough press and conveyor oven, coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment for in‑store, pick‑ups, and dine‑in. Perform fresh veggie prep and light prep while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality by following instructions and protocols.

During downtime, complete shift checklists: cleaning, stocking, prepping, doing dishes and preparing for the next rush. This high‑volume kitchen requires readiness to top pizzas for extended periods.

Job Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, and be on feet for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working with sharp and/or hot equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality protocols.
• Comfortable with fluctuating temperatures.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (IDs required at orientation).

Experience is not required. Prior exposure to pizza kitchens with conveyor ovens, large‑scale catering kitchens or bakeries is preferred.

Scheduling

Shifts are exclusively weekends and some evenings. The restaurant operates 11am‑8pm Tuesday‑Sunday. Flexible schedules are pursued; part‑time hours are available. Full‑time candidates may cross‑train in other roles.
