Ian's Pizza in Milwaukee, WI is hiring a friendly counter server to greet guests, take orders, and get slices in and out of the ovens. You’ll be the face of the shop during lunch and dinner shifts, delivering quick service with a smile.

About the Role

You're the friendly face slinging slices and making customers' days!

Greeting guests, taking orders and ringing things up on the register, getting slices in and out of the finishing ovens, and keeping the line moving smoothly are your biggest priorities. You'll handle pick-up orders by phone and at the counter, so you have to be comfortable with customer interactions in person and over the phone.

You'll work closely with the production crew to manage the pizza flow, ensuring you have all you need for the window and for any online or pick-up orders. In your downtime, you'll knock out your shift checklists: cleaning, stocking, doing dishes, and prepping for the next rush!

Job Requirements

• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly. This is an active job!
• Able to work with equipment that is sharp and/or hot.
• Able to learn and follow safety and quality protocols - must have strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuation temperatures.
• Must be 18+ years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English in person and over the phone.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

The restaurant will be open Tuesday-Sunday from 11am-9pm. Server shifts are typically scheduled from 10am-4pm for lunch and 4pm-10pm for dinner.

Evening and weekend availability is required. Part-time hours available, but if you are looking for full-time hours, cross‑training in other roles is an option!
