Job summary

Aptara in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Delivery Manager to lead enterprise IAM and large-scale technical delivery initiatives.

You will plan projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery while managing risk, changes, and governance. Strong communication and business context translation are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program/technical delivery roles
• 5+ years managing IAM/security/enterprise IT projects
• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent)
• Proven success leading complex multi-team enterprise initiatives through delivery
• Experience managing platform migrations, implementations, or significant config changes
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of IAM platforms and architectures (Okta, Active Directory, PAM, IGA)
• Deep understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, and compliance controls
• Proven experience managing enterprise security or infrastructure projects
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership ability
• Ability to translate technical architecture into business and operational context
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team enterprise initiatives through delivery

• Knowledge of IAM governance standards (NIST, CIS, SOC 2)
• Experience with zero-trust architecture or modern identity frameworks
• Track record working with security and compliance stakeholders
