Job summary

Upbound Group Inc. is seeking an IAM Operations Analyst I to provide foundational identity and access management support across Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Workday, and Microsoft 365.

You will process access requests, support lifecycle events, and help maintain secure, auditable records in collaboration with IT, HRIS, and Cybersecurity teams. The role emphasizes on-site work in Plano, TX, with responsibilities spanning incident handling, authentication troubleshooting, and routine

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or IAM experience.
• Working knowledge of Entra ID, AD, and account administration.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Understanding of provisioning, RBAC, authentication, and MFA.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, disable, and deprovision user accounts and access.
• Support joiner, mover, leaver, and contractor lifecycle events.
• Administer users, groups, licenses, and RBAC in Entra ID and AD.
• Validate employee and organizational information in Workday.
• Monitor IAM incidents and service requests in ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex security issues to senior IAM or Cybersecurity.
• Maintain IAM knowledge articles and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required.
