Job summary

Dev Technology Group in Tysons Corner, VA is seeking a Software Developer – IAM to plan and implement MFA for web-based applications as part of O&M for a federal government client. The role emphasizes identity and access management, cloud-based authentication services, and secure application development.

You will collaborate with project management and development teams to design and prototype secure user authentication workflows, integrating IdP solutions such as AWS Cognito, Okta, Entra ID, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or 7+ years of relevant Enterprise IT experience
• Experience developing and integrating user authentication workflows with web applications
• Experience with Active Directory and federated sources with SSO
• Knowledge of MFA solutions: AWS Cognito, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Login.gov
• Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control
• Knowledge of AWS GovCloud services: Cognito, Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway
• Experience delivering software using Agile Scrum or Kanban via Jira
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical government officials
• Ability to problem-solve complex business needs
