Job summary

Textron Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a developer to design, implement, and maintain identity solutions across the enterprise. You will work on authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and account management, while automating processes and managing Entra ID, AD, PingFederate, and more.

The role requires strong analytical skills, self-starting attitude, and the ability to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment. ITAR compliance applies; U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS or related field.
• 2 years of IAM experience.
• Experience with AD/Azure AD and directory services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain identity-related solutions (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, account management).
• Automate identity development processes with scripts, workflows, or pipelines.
• Manage Identity resources (Entra ID, Active Directory, PingFederate).
• Research and assess new identity-related solutions and technologies.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate identity with business apps/services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents.
• Ensure identity systems comply with security standards and policies.
