Job summary

Textron's Identity and Access Management team is seeking an IAM Developer to design, implement, and maintain identity solutions across the enterprise. You will work with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and account management, and you will automate identity workflows using scripts and pipelines.

Qualifications include a BS/BA in CS or related field, 2+ years in IAM, experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, etc.), proficiency in C#, PowerShell, Python, or Java, and

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of Identity & Access Management experience.
• Experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, AD-LDS, Azure AD, etc.).
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for cloud resources.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or other CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain identity-related solutions (authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, account management).
• Automate identity development processes with scripts/workflows/pipelines.
• Configure Identity resources (Entra ID, AD, PingFederate, etc.).
• Research new identity technologies to improve services.
• Collaborate to integrate identity with other business apps.
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
