Florida Department of Revenue seeks a qualified professional to serve as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Service Owner within the Information Services Program in Tallahassee. The role leads IAM service design, transition, operation, and continual improvement, ensuring secure access governance and policy development across the IAM lifecycle.

The selected candidate will own service-management outcomes, track KPIs, report performance and remediation status to leadership, and guide audit

Qualifikationen

• The candidate must have at least two years in IAM service ownership or governance.
• Experience leading IAM service ownership, KPIs, and reporting.
• Experience participating in IAM audits or compliance reviews with ISO/IEC 20000 or NIST 800-53.
• Experience planning and implementing IAM service requests using ITIL disciplines.
• Applicant must document all three activities listed above.
