Qualifications

• Master's degree with 2 years experience, bachelor's with 4 years, or associate's with 6 years; equivalent coursework may substitute.
• Experience with identity governance, workflow automation, API integrations, and secure access solutions across enterprise environments.
• Preferred: Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, identity lifecycle management, privileged access management, healthcare access requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise IAM staff, coordinate daily operations and schedules.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules and participate in budget administration.
• Resolve complex IAM-related technical and business problems.
• Maintain IAM systems and processes with minimal customer impact.
• Provide technical leadership in IAM design, implementation, and system administration.
• Participate in enterprise-wide project planning and apply advanced project management principles.
