Job summary

Florida Department of Revenue seeks an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Service Owner to lead the Information Services Program's IAM service delivery.

This System Project Consultant role provides accountable leadership for identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and privileged-access capabilities, including developing KPIs, reporting service performance and audit readiness, and working with technical and business teams to design and improve IAM services.

Qualifications

• Two years of enterprise IAM service ownership or ITSM/audit experience.
• Experience as service owner or technical lead for an enterprise IAM service with KPI tracking and reporting on performance and risk.
• Participation in IAM-related audits or compliance reviews aligned with ISO/IEC 20000, NIST SP 800-53, or comparable framework.
• Experience planning, designing, implementing, or improving IAM service requests using ITIL-aligned practices in an ITSM platform.

Key qualifications:

• Two years of experience with enterprise identity and access management service ownership, IT service management, or IAM audit and compliance
• Experience serving as a service owner or technical lead for an enterprise IAM service, including defining and tracking KPIs and reporting on service performance and risk
• Demonstrated participation in an IAM-related audit or compliance-review cycle aligned with ISO/IEC 20000, NIST SP 800-53, or comparable framework
• Experience planning, designing, implementing, or improving IAM service requests using ITIL-aligned practices in an ITSM platform
• Preferred knowledge of CyberArk Privilege Cloud, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or IAM policy and procedure documentation
• Preferred experience with ISO/IEC 20000 audits, NIST SP 800-53 controls, or root-cause analysis and change management
