Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist IAM team with identity governance and access management tasks.
• Learn Okta and how identity governance is administered within Midland States Bank.
• Support how access governance requests flow into the ITSM tool for execution and remediation.
• Complete a project mapping Midland's identity governance layer from alignment to performance metrics.
• Analyze data and document processes related to identity and access management.
• Collaborate with Service Center and IT support teams to understand identity governance support.
