Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Security Identity & Access Technical Leader to design and govern an enterprise IAM program. You will partner across security, HR, engineering, and business teams to deliver secure, seamless access across the organization.

You will drive IAM strategy, oversee SSO, MFA, PAM (CyberArk), API security, and modern identity trends like Zero Trust and passwordless solutions, guiding a skilled technical team in a hybrid Shelton, CT environment.

Qualifications

7–12+ years in IT or cybersecurity with an enterprise IAM team.
Deep expertise in IAM frameworks, Zero Trust, and modern protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
Experience with on-premise and cloud IAM platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern IAM strategy, roadmap, and governance model.
Architect security controls: authentication, authorization, MFA, SSO, and API access.
Lead modernization efforts: Zero Trust, passwordless, AI-driven threat detection.
Define API security standards and token lifecycle management.
Lead PAM (CyberArk) initiatives across environments.
Oversee provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS and on-prem apps.
Perform regular audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
