Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT support, security operations, or related roles preferred.
Exposure to security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, or SIEM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor security alerts and events across approved tools and platforms.
Assist in incident triage, investigation, and response efforts with internal and external teams.
Manage cybersecurity-related service requests, coordinating access, policy, and logging needs.
Support proper logging and SIEM integration across systems and platforms.
Track vulnerability remediation efforts and report on progress to leadership.
Support security awareness and training activities to strengthen the organization's security culture.
Generate security metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.
