Job summary

SRG is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions across a hybrid environment. The role emphasizes strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust to govern identities and access.

You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, compliance, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure access management aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong hands-on experience with On-Premises Active Directory.
• Experience with SailPoint IGA and BeyondTrust PAM.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, provisioning and access governance.
• Knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos.
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments and identity integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our cybersecurity and infrastructure team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and access management solutions across a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust, along with a strong understanding of identity governance, privileged access management, authentication technologies, and Zero Trust security principles.

As a subject matter expert, you will play a critical role in securing enterprise identities, managing user access throughout the identity lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. You will partner closely with security, infrastructure, cloud, compliance, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure access management solutions that support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance, or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Strong hands-on experience with On-Premises Active Directory in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Experience managing BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance processes.
• Strong knowledge of authentication and federation technologies, including: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and Kerberos
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and identity integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or supporting enterprise-wide identity governance programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Sentinel and identity-related security monitoring.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust security architectures and principles.
• Knowledge of privileged identity management and just-in-time access methodologies.
• Experience automating IAM processes using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Background supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or NIST.
