You will translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and coordinate across infrastructure, security, and applications teams to deliver value on time and within scope.

This role blends project management rigor with hands-on IAM expertise (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, business or related field.
• 10+ years in project/program management with IAM/security focus.
• 3+ years hands-on with enterprise IAM platforms and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Define project charters and scope for IAM initiatives.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, and applications teams.
• Lead governance boards and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Plan schedules, resources, and budgets with technical leads.
• Drive risk management, change, and cutover activities.
• Develop runbooks and training for operations teams.
