Job summary

ModMed in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Technical Product Owner for IAM who will own the backlog, roadmap, and execution strategy for our enterprise identity platform. You will translate security and architectural requirements into actionable epics and user stories, bridging engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and business stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with Java/Keycloak engineers to align auth systems, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and GitOps deployments with enterprise standards while driving agile

Qualifications

4+ years in Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Analyst roles.
Experience with IAM, Platform Engineering, or Security Infrastructure.
Ability to translate security requirements into epics and stories.
Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps and agile practices.
Familiar with modern CI/CD, Kubernetes, and IaC (Terraform).

Responsibilities

Define and execute the tactical IAM roadmap.
Refine backlog into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Serve as liaison between engineering, security, compliance, and business units.
Lead Agile ceremonies within a GitOps framework (ArgoCD, Terraform).
Leverage AI tools to draft specs and acceptance criteria.
Track metrics like uptime, auth latency, onboarding, and audit readiness.
