Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Platform Lead to own the administration and continuous improvement of its enterprise Qualys platform. You will lead vulnerability scanning, asset data quality, and reporting across a global environment, partnering with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, and governance teams.

You will drive automation, AI-assisted risk scoring, and scalable integrations with ServiceNow, CMDB, and other security tools while focusing on reducing risks and improving remediation outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerability management and security operations.
• Hands-on with Qualys or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of vulnerability data, CVSS scores and threat intel.
• Ability to translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Platform ownership and administration across a global environment.
• Governance, reporting, and metrics for vulnerability lifecycle management.
