Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in technical project management and proven IAM project delivery, with deep Okta experience and familiarity with SSO/MFA and identity lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering IAM / Identity projects.
• Strong hands-on project experience with Okta.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating applications with identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IAM and identity transformation projects.
• Manage Okta implementations, migrations and integrations.
• Coordinate application onboarding into Okta.
• Work across SSO, MFA, lifecycle management and provisioning initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Drive requirements gathering, technical workshops and implementation planning.
• Manage cutovers, testing, issue resolution and project closeout.
• Provide clear status reporting to technical leadership and senior stakeholders.
